An easier website to use
Accessibility is part of how we want to build Toseos: understandable information, clear journeys and attention to different ways of browsing.
This page describes the measures in place and the status of their review. It is not a certification or a statement of conformance to an audited accessibility level.
Measures in place
- A structure with headings, navigation landmarks and a link to skip to the main content.
- Links and controls with visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation.
- Labels on fields, errors linked to each input and a summary with links to correct them. Focus moves to the summary or the form result.
- Improved contrast for secondary text and field borders.
- Alternative text for images that convey information, including catalogue logos.
- A layout that adapts to screen width and text that can be enlarged through the browser.
- A light or dark theme that automatically follows the device settings, including fields and controls.
- Website transitions respect the preference for reduced motion.
- A brand animation that plays on request, with initial volume at 50% where the browser allows, and pause, mute and volume controls. The meaning of the name is also explained in text.
Review status
Development checks cover commercial pages, the catalogue, form and legal pages. Navigation, readability and mobile adaptation have been reviewed. A comprehensive audit using assistive technologies, different browsers and every website journey has not yet been completed.
The platform’s private access and any services integrated in future also need to be reviewed. Full conformance with WCAG or a UNE standard is therefore not yet claimed.
Before purchasing is activated, the accessibility requirements applicable to the service will be assessed and this information updated.

- The page address and the action you were trying to complete.
- The barrier encountered or information you could not access.
- Optionally, the device, browser or assistive technology used.
