What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website can store on your device and read later. Some support necessary functions, such as maintaining a session; others measure visits or personalise advertising. The rules may also apply to similar technologies that store or access information on a device.
What Toseos uses
- First-party cookies
- Toseos does not use advertising cookies. Customer access uses technical cookies. The quote selection and draft are kept in the tab session.
- Analytics and advertising
- No visit measurement tools or advertising pixels have been added to Toseos’s code. The hosting platform’s own features are described below.
- External content
- No third-party videos, maps, social buttons or fonts are embedded. Images and the brand animation are served from this website. The video loads only when you ask to play it and does not use an external player.
Your catalogue selection is kept in the same tab as you browse or change language and is included in the link when preparing a request. It is not synchronised across devices. You can clear it by removing the categories or clearing this website’s data in your browser.
As you fill in the form, this tab saves a draft containing the fields, categories and privacy acknowledgement. This lets you recover your entries after reloading or changing language. On submission, an identifier is also kept to recognise a retry of the same request. This storage is cleared when recording is confirmed or you select “Clear draft”; it expires after thirty minutes without changes and is discarded when you return to the form if that period has elapsed. The draft is not sent to the server until you press the submit button. Catalogue selections are kept separately for the tab’s session.
Photo rotation is kept in page memory, without cookies or persistent storage. Reloading may start a new selection.
The form stores the request on the server. This storage is explained in the privacy policy.
What depends on the hosting platform
WordPress and the access plugins use these first-party cookies to check browser support, maintain the session and protect sign-in:
wordpress_test_cookie- Checks whether the browser accepts cookies.
wordpress_logged_in_* / wordpress_sec_*- Maintain user identification and access to protected features.
llar_login_flow- Used in the sign-in process managed by Limit Login Attempts Reloaded.
Authentication duration depends on the access options and configuration. Signing out removes the authentication cookies. You can inspect each cookie’s expiry and delete it in your browser settings.
WordPress also stores the wpEmojiSettingsSupports key in the tab’s session storage. It holds the result of an emoji compatibility check. This is distinct from a cookie and is not used for visitor measurement or advertising.
Technologies requiring consent will remain disabled until it is obtained.
How to manage them
You can view, block or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting session data may sign you out and require you to authenticate again.
Toseos uses the session storage described for website functions. Technologies requiring consent must remain disabled until you grant it; you can withdraw it easily.
For questions about your data or this information, see thecontact channels and your rights.
If the website changes
Public launch, hosting changes or the addition of analytics, maps, videos or payments may change this inventory. Before they are used, this policy will be reviewed and, where required, clear options to accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies will be provided.
If consent is requested, accepting and rejecting will be offered at the same level and with equivalent presentation. Non-essential cookies will not be preselected; withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it.
