Scope of this version
The site presents Toseos services for businesses, professionals, public bodies and educational centres. You can browse the catalogue and request information or a quote.
Use the site with respect for third-party rights and security. Browsing and requests do not place an order, reserve stock or make a payment.
Quote requests
The form records your requirements and displays a reference when completed. Keep it for future enquiries. Toseos may ask for clarification and reply using the contact details provided.
The reference confirms that the request was recorded, not acceptance of a quote or a delivery date. No charge is made. Data processing is explained in the privacy policy.
Catalogue information
Ranges, categories and subcategories indicate the needs Toseos can discuss with you. Their inclusion does not guarantee that every product is available at all times.
Photographs are illustrative. The compatibility of consumables, storage media, equipment and software must be checked against the exact product and device references and the manufacturer’s specifications. An image or category alone does not confirm compatibility.
The current catalogue does not publish prices or delivery terms. A future quote must specify the products or services included.
Commercial proposals
Each proposal will set out its scope and applicable terms before acceptance, including:
- Product references, specifications, quantities and included services.
- Price, taxes, additional charges and, where applicable, transport and installation.
- Availability, destination, delivery timeframe and validity of the proposal.
- Acceptance, payment, invoicing and handling of issues.
- Warranties, returns and any other rights applicable to the transaction.
A request for information does not, by itself, commit you to a purchase. For public sector organisations, the proposal and any resulting contract must follow the applicable procedure and requirements.
Customised work
Printing, stamps and promotional products must specify the material, dimensions, finishes, quantities and artwork to be used. Where appropriate, the proposal will include reviewing and approving a proof before production.
Anyone supplying a logo, image or text for reproduction must hold the necessary rights or permissions. This version of the form does not accept file uploads.
Terms for changes, cancellations and returns of customised products will be specified before contracting, respecting applicable legal rights.
Future direct purchases
The direct-purchase selection will have its own terms before orders or payments are enabled. These must cover the scope of sales, prices and taxes, payment methods, delivery, warranties, complaints handling, and cancellation and return rules.
If consumer purchases are accepted, information and arrangements for exercising the right of withdrawal will be included where applicable, together with its statutory exceptions. Presenting the website as intended for businesses does not, by itself, remove mandatory rights.
